First things first - if you're interested in watching Quantum of Solace the movie, don't play the mobile game yet. Actually, you probably don't want to play the game at all, as it's a combination between some pretty poor platformer/shooter elements and some really annoying sneaking levels.
Arguably, the action in Quantum of Solace the mobile game is far, far easier to follow compared to the movie - there's no shaky cam nonsense bogging the mobile game down - and it's easier to follow the story on the mobile because it's all spelled out in plain English. Unfortunately the game simply isn't fun and those action sequences are so easy to follow they're simply boring - there seems to be very little variety in the weapons in-game so you'll typically just have to fire constantly.
The game also relies on lengthy breaks between checkpoints and trial and error gameplay to extend its already noticeably short game time - the thrilling boat chase scene from the movie instead involves the successful timing of reloads of your machine gun, and timing incorrectly usually results in the player starting from the beginning of the level again.
While we'd arguably like to have seen something a little more substantial out of Quantum of Solace on the mobile it's hard to say it's bad... It's just not great. The fact that you are able to clearly follow the storyline might make this a worthwhile purchase alone, if only to find out why Bond does the things he does in the movie.
