problem with wayward will puzzle, 3 very disapointed kids...

@sonja15150....I have the same problem. I am doing the last book and it closes down when it goes back t. 221b Baker St. So I am unable to open the bonus game at the end. Very disappointing as I have downloaded it twice after advice from Game support.

I am having trouble with the game closing on the billards blackmailer case. Every time I try to solve the alphabet puzzle the whole thing closes down. I have no skip option on the game and if anyone can help me I would be gratful. When I restart the game it tells me the biliards blackmailer has been solved. I can keep playing but I am a cap short.

Am playing the Purloined Painting and at the spot differences screen of the painting I'm unable to click on any of the differences. Any suggestions?

Am playing The Wayward Will and when trying to do the puzzle the tiles keep flying back to their original position and wont stay on the letter they are supposed to. Consequently I can't solve the puzzle and move on.

I also have the same problem so had to skip that puzzle. Now I am at the very last book and it keeps shutting down which is really frustrating. I want to finish this and am not sure where to go for help??????
