This download from Bigpond costs $Aus20+ whereas the same game from Direct2drive.com costs only $US5 and has better graphics; full background sound; upgrades and printable screens of ships and controls.
The game itself is good, ahead of its time in terms of graphics. User directed storyline adds to the interest (remember to save before which side you choose to follow). Jake's comments (in the D2D version add a wry smile to my face)
All in all, a good solid game with plenty of action; good flying; humour; a storyline which is not rigid. I would recommend the D2D download.
I would award the D2D game 8, but the Bigpond game 3-4
