Jewel Quest Mysteries

I'd recommend this one as worthwhile for a beginner to the jewel quest game type. The graphics are very appealing; the search for artifacts was also a good idea; unlocking the jewel boards was sometimes quite a challenge, but never insurmountable given a little lateral thought. However, this just wasn't as layered, and difficult as I'd expected, after playing through the original 'Jewel Quest'. The search locations became very repetitive. As the focus of this quest centred far more on the search for hidden artifacts than on the completion of jewel boards, we wondered at the 'jewel quest' title. However, we did, enjoy the bonuses of collecting extra jewels and coins.
