Sid Meier's Pirates! Live the Life

I first held this game in my trembling hands on Christmas morning trying my hardest to smile at my girlfriend who had bought it... Not unhappy because she had bought me a game, or even this game which I have been wanting since it was released, but because we were spending Christmas at her parents whose only computer capable of even installing this game was a Celery Laptop with a Radeon 9250...

So I played this wonderful game, without a keypad (which you definately should have) and with gfx details turned way down and it was still choppy and sometimes in slow motion.

I still spent half the night playing it. Blasting holes in enemy ships, seducing the Governor's daughters with gifts and fancy pants dance moves.
