Hint: Faster Start-Up

To start the game faster when loading from a shortcut, right click the shortcut and choose "Properties." Append "+restart 1" at the end of the address in the Target field and save the change.

Single Player Cheats

The cheats for Battlefield Vietnam are the same as Battlefield 1942, except for some minor modifications. All cheats are case sensitive.

* Invincibility: aiCheats.code ByeByeNow (You don't lose 3/4 of your ticket as you do in Battlefield 1942)
* Bots cheat too: aiCheats.code BotsCanCheatTooInVietnam
* Spawn at the cameras viewpoint: aiCheats.code WalkingIsWayTooTiresomeInVietnam

Battlefield Vietnam - Operation Flaming Dart

Destroy the airbase tower and it stops all aircraft and vehicle spawning.
