Before you get into a small jeep, throw some or all of your ExpPacks into the back and get into the jeep with your detonator equipped. Drive the car at full speed up to a group of people, and about 2 seconds before you would hit them, jump out of the jeep and detonate the ExpPack when the jeep is in the middle of the group. If you time it right you should kill a lot of them.

Keep only one ExpPack in your inventory. When you throw this last expack, it will instantly change to the detonator, allowing you to blow your enemies to pieces before the expack even hits the ground.
