Crysis 3 MP open beta now live!

If you're looking for some sweet multiplayer FPS action today you'll be pleased to know that the open beta for Crysis 3 is now available on PC and Xbox 360, with the PlayStation 3 version arriving tomorrow.




The beta comes with two maps - Museum and Airport - and features two modes - Hunter Mode, where two hunters face off against up to 14 CELL troopers, with every CELL trooper killed joining the Hunter team. Crash Site Mode has two evenly split teams attempting to gain control of alien pods dropped at random places around the map.

The PC version of the Crysis 3 beta is available through Origin's demo section and beta drivers have been released by both Nvidia and AMD giving performance boosts to graphics cards when playing the game. Naturally GameArena has servers available for both maps and both modes so it should be a blast. I'm downloading the beta right now, how about you? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
