Hey everybody, it's The Weekly Update! This week our man Andy Wells talks to Guy Blomberg about PAX Australia, coming to Melbourne from July 19th to 21st. He then pours a forty on the sidewalk for the PlayStation 2, which this week ended its production cycle - 12 years after its release - with an excerpt from an interview he did with Michael Ephraim in 2006 about the PS2's expected lifespan and warfare capabilities.

Andy wraps up reminding us to take part in the 2012 GOTY survey - the competition has closed, but the survey is still running for now. He then shows us his favourite PS2 launch title, which is...?
