Hawken enters open beta

Hawken, for those unfamiliar, is a massively multiplayer mech battle game built in the Unreal Development Kit. Free to play, it features Australian servers and mechs, did you not see me mention mechs before? It has mechs in it. You fight in mechs. And it is now available for everyone to play, having entered open beta!

If you haven't already signed up for Hawken, you can do so via the official site. It's only about 2GB, which is still huge I know, but smaller than Super Street Fighter IV on the PS3, which is like 17GB. Go and get it!
