Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage announced for Borderlands 2

It seems Gaige - the young Mechromancer and latest addition to the Borderlands 2 roster - has had her Twitter account taken over, by none other than Mr Torgue of the Torgue Corporation - they of the black and yellow checked guns best used to explode everyone. After hacking into Gaige's Twitter, Mr Torgue confirmed the new DLC, asking:

ARE YOU A BADASS ENOUGH BADASS TO SURVIVE “MISTER TORGUE’S CAMPAIGN OF CARNAGE”? I’M LEGIT CURIOUS CAUSE I DUNNO YOU THAT WELL #BADASSITUDE

He later explained that lower case is for pussies and decided on new punctuation for badasses to end sentences instead of periods (he prefers ҉ - which he calls the expleriod҉) He also posted a picture of himself throwing up the horns like a badass:




Details on what will feature in Mr Torgue's Campaign of Carnage are currently scarce, but it looks like we can expect explosions and humour, like we have seen in the rest of Borderlands 2. Gearbox Software confirmed to Eurogamer that the Campaign of Carnage would be available for the same price as Captain Scarlett and a release date will be available in the next few days.
