The big two games for this week are Assassin's Creed 3 and Need for Speed Most Wanted - and we've got a review for each! Limimi doesn't let us down with his Assassin's Creed 3 review - though he might be the only person not letting anyone down,
It isn’t a tragedy, it’s just... a downer. Connor can’t rely on his dad, he can’t rely on his mentor - he can’t even rely on George Washington, America’s First Superhero. Everybody lets him down - and he lets the people relying on him down too. Desmond, likewise, is let down by and lets down everyone. It’s like watching a video of my life, except with jumping on things. That said, after seeing how it ends I am keen to see where they go with it next.

Meanwhile I've been playing Need for Speed Most Wanted A Criterion Game (that's what it's called on the box). I guess the "A Criterion Game" bit is an important distinction, because this reboot of the Most Wanted brand isn't exactly the same, You can still customise your car, but all your changes are unseen - instead of adding an aftermarket fender to a car Mercedes spent literally millions of dollars on in aerodynamics, you change the gear ratio between Short and Long, you change your tyres from Off-road to Racing - you change the handling and velocity of your vehicle through your upgrades. In tuner terms, it's all go, no show.
