Ubisoft announced their removal of the Always On DRM yesterday and today they are announcing a slew of new games coming to a host of platforms in digital format. The Ubisoft Digital Days events often showcase the launch of new IPs for the publisher and this years event was no different with a slew of titles for the PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Android and iOS devices.

Upcoming mobile title Assassin's Creed: Utopia

On the PC and consoles, Ubisoft announced a new Call of Juarez game being developed by Techland - Call of Juarez: Gunslinger. Described as similar to Bound In Blood, Gungslinger sees Roland chasing the man in black to the Dark Tower players face off against some of the Wild West's most notorious outlaws, like Billy the Kid and Jesse James and Meowth. Also announced was the ridiculous sounding Thunder Wolves - in which the world's most dangerous helicopter pilots are looking for a new member to fight terrorism with them. Both games are due in 2013 on PC, Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network.

Ubisoft also announced something different, with Spartacus: Legends going Free to Play on the Xbox 360. This puts it in select company, along with Ascend: New Gods and Happy Wars as the first titles to go F2P on Microsoft's console. They also talked up the new Origin of Pain DLC coming soon to Trials Evolution, along with the announcement of Trials Evolution: Gold Edition - which sees the Trials series return to the PC.

Mobile phones can also expect new content soon from Ubisoft, with the announcement of Rayman: Jungle Run, Assassin's Creed: Utopia and Nutty Fluffies. Rayman: Jungle Run will be an endless running game (like Canabalt) running on the gorgeous Rayman Origins engine. Assassin's Creed: Utopia is a city management game which has you managing an Assassin Colony in the 1600s, with asynchronous multiplayer managing battles between you and your friends. Nutty Fluffies is a game featuring cute stuffed animals in rollercoaster crashes - and it's developed by RedLynx, those madmen behind Trials HD.

All three titles are coming to both iOS and Android before the end of the year - with Rayman: Jungle Run launching at the end of September and the other two titles to follow. All in all, it looks like a good line up from Ubisoft - I'm especially looking forward to checking out Assassin's Creed Utopia and the ridiculous sounding Thunder Wolves.
