Dishonored's voice cast is huge
Bethesda announced the voice actors for Dishonored over the weekend, and like everything else we've seen of the game, it is outstanding. Bustling with big name stars from across Hollywood, the list includes Susan Sarandon, Brad Dourif, John Slattery, Michael Madsen, Chloë Moretz and Carrie Fisher - yeah.
Susan Sarandon - who you might remember from her bit part on 30 Rock as Frank's ex-teacher and lover - plays Granny Rags, a crazy homeless lady who used to be an aristocrat. Brad Dourif, who played Moreau on Fringe, will play Piero, the inventor of Corvo's mask and his various gadgets. John Slattery - he of the 30 Rock episode "Brooklyn without limits" - portrays Admiral Havelock and Michael Madsen - the voice of Tanner in Driv3r - voices the mysterious assassin Doud. Chloë Moretz - Jack's teenaged nemesis in the latest season of 30 Rock - plays Lady Emily, the daughter of the murdered empress and Carrie Fisher - who played Liz Lemon's idol Rosemary in 30 Rock and was in a movie about space puppets - will be heard across the city, reading propaganda and voicing announcements. All in all, it sounds pretty awesome - which isn't much of a surprise given what we've seen of Dishonored so far. I know I lead in to this piece saying that, but I really can't emphasize enough how eager I am to play that freaking game. It better not let me down. What do you think of this announcement? Which 30 Rock guest stars would you like to see in a video game? Let us know in the comments below! |
