It's finally time to Meet The Pyro

It has been what, 4 and a half years since Team Fortress 2 was released as a part of the Orange Box. Since then we've met The Heavy, The Soldier, The Engineer, The Demoman, The Scout, The Sniper, The Spy, The Medic and... The Sandvich. The Pyro has remained incredibly illusive this entire time however - until now. Yes, Valve have finally revealed the last in the long series of 'Meet The' videos - They Pyro. The video coincides with Valve's announcement of the Source Filmmaker - the tool Valve used to create the video, and which you can use to create your own machinima video-films.

The Filmmaker uses the same assets as the games - meaning if you see an asset in a game, you can use it in the filmmaker and vice versa. It's currently in Closed Beta - but if you're looking to make your own videos now, you can sign up for the beta via The official website. Otherwise, the tool will be released next year.
