the game will run on my current computer but i love graphics so there is only one way to play the game for me.

My PC has it's dual core, OC'd, custom cooled, an extra 2 gigs of ram and an 8800GTS 640 meg waiting for this baby, it can't come quickly enough! I guess Left 4 Dead and Bioshock will have to tide me over until it's release though,

If your computer is fairly new, Can run Vista, then you should be able to play Crysis...

You should upgrade to 4gb ram and a faster, high performance graphics card if applicable...

There a Vista SP1 Beta going around and Direct X 10.1 Beta so by November Vista will be worth getting for sure Oly:)

maybe if ppl had done some more investigating b4 bad mouthing the MP they would realise there are two modes. one is a simple deathmatch with all the suit attributes and the other is a bf2 like game with vehicles and capture point and no suit abilities.

laggers are usuallyy a result of not enough servers around the world or GA hosting the only populated game servers, IE my experience with Stalker and BFV. The other reason is some people think its suitable to jump on a server using dialup.

Theres a regular copy and theres the special copy whatever that is, the special copy is $109.95 at eb.

Perfect timing, I will be building my second rig around November period.

lol did i say i dont like most FPS games. No, its just that a great game like this will have an Awsome single player.But From E3 videos it looks like an very average and not really creative MP. Except u can go invisible. You know how hard it will be to kill an invisible camper?

"the other is a bf2 like game with vehicles and capture point and no suit abilities" - Ahh Power Struggle is what it is called and it does have its flaws. If everyone has the same kit or something like that, then it requires skill to be the best. This, This separtes "n00bs" and Experts with Kit unlockable content. Makes it a kinda unfair, SO unbalenced MP, It might work in some instances but not all the time.

It will be a great Single Player. So i will still buy it for the single player. But for you people who will play Multiplayer on Crysis. Dont whine to Crytek if the MP ends up sucking, because "IF YOU RESEARCH THE MULTIPLAYER" u will find some issues in it. But dont let me stop yous from buying the game because i certainly wont.

Great News been waiting a long time for this one...My rig should run it fine, maybe get another 8800Ultra down the track or more ram, seeing that im getting a good tax return this year :) but isn't 2gb or RAM enough to run this game, and i have 32bit Vista if i get 4gb will it show and run it like I have 4gb of RAM or do i have to get Vista 64bit?

The scary thing is that the software made to make those wonderful Graphics will already be out of date compared to what is in development. I mean damn, all games are released with technology thats 3 years old.

Like my 5600XT when I wanted to run Oblivion at a playable FPS with a playable view distance. 7600GT FTW compared to that! I like my upgrade.
