Guitar Hero 2 Xbox 360 Gold

Activision have let us know that Guitar Hero 2 for the Xbox 360 has gone "green", an attempt it would seem to coin a new term for Xbox titles completing development as opposed to that boring old "gone gold". Whatever colour you want to call it, development on the new-gen port of the popular rhythm game has now finished, putting it on track an April 3rd Australian release.

In addition to beefed up graphics, the Xbox 360 offering will also feature 10 new tracks out of the box with the option to purchase more from the Xbox Live Marketplace down the track and an online leaderboard. If some of the PlayStation 2 Guitar Hero scores, screenshots and videos are to be believed, you're going to have to work pretty hard to get your gamertag at the top of that one.
