will it be popular if most people allready own it? is it worth downloading if i bought the game?

Goodie, now i can finally see how well it will run on my PC. I no doubt knew it would run smothly, but i still wasn't going to risk buying it and being dissapointed.

I dunno, I'm just curious as to whether they might have changed or tweaked anything, and how they presented it. Nice christmas pressy tho for everything silly enough not to be waiting outside their local EB @ 6am last month, or those who still haven't restarted steam :D

I wonder why they picked Ravenholme. I found that to be one of the weakest areas in the game.

I guess, it's a niec level to show a few things off, and it doesn't spoil too much for the gamer.

Remember the Hl 1 demo? Now that demo was all class I tell ya.

hl1 still rocks though.

It would have been good for the demo to come out before the release date but I guess valve get more buyers this way (I was Gonna get the game anyway, Its Half-Life, who wouldn't)

uplink was really quite fun.

i think they shouldn't have done ravenholm, because then it spoils the spookiness it had in the full game (and the preludes to it). they shoulda made uplink2 :P

i didn't like the ravenholm level it got abit annoying with the whole headcrab thing

Go back a few yrs and a whole game was that big. That demo takes the cake for biggest file size.

Yeah, ravenholm wasnt as good as all the rest of the levels, but it's still good :)

I thought Ravenholm was cool yet annoying at the same time. Err, yeah.

im just surprised and dissapointed they didnt do what they did for the original hl demo (ie make an entirely new level) :(

ravenholm is one of my faviorite levels...

Ravenholm is da Bomb - scarey as all hell - and if you think otherwise - time to upgrade - yes even if you've got the best pc atm!

I've Been away for a bit doing the whole xmas/in-law thingy :(, And been meaning to pick myself up a copy of the game considering all the hype and media attention given. I've finally have some holidays to blow on gamming so i'm wrapped the they have released a demo of the game so i can try it before i take the plundge and buy it.I know that it seems as though i've been living in Greenland or something for the last month but is it true that HL2 has no multiplayer included?, If so i'm going to bloody cry, How can they do that in this age of PvP gamming?... If MP is included please ignore that last rant, LOL.....

updating half life 2 demo: 262 minutes? wtf?

i loved ravenholm, it was fun those blades with the gravity gun, and killing 20 guys at once.
