Assassin's Creed 3 sounded awesome from Joaby's First Look at the game, but from what they've shown at E3 so far it looks even better. The remodeled parkour engine makes scaling trees and cliff faces look incredibly natural and the faster pace of the combat looks great as well - although you'll notice enemies still stand back for one on one combat.

We also learned about Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation - the PlayStation Vita exclusive title - and you can check out those trailers too. Liberation takes place in New Orleans and you play a female assassin for the first time in the AC series - a creole woman specifically, by the name of Aveline. Liberation will also use the PS Vita's specific hardware for unique gameplay opportunities - which we can hope will be more than just a gimmick.

I've embedded the trailer for Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation below, which you can also check out in our videos library of course. In our videos library you will also find the new 'Frontier' gameplay trailer for Assassin's Creed 3 and a Cinematic trailer for Assassin's Creed 3 which is very reminiscent of the opening cinematic of Assassin's Creed: Revelations. Check them out and tell us what you think!

And now you can see what I was talking about when I forgot to update the Sony E3 Presentation Live Blog while they showed us The Last of Us. That silent kill in particular is freaking intense. Enough of my jibber jabber however - you can watch it embedded below or in our videos library - going full screen for HD of course - and let us know what you think, does this float your boat too?

So the surprise hit of E3 so far has been Watch Dogs - the new open world game on display at the Ubisoft E3 Presentation. Featuring a city run on a single OS, Watch Dogs puts you in the shoes of a man who can control that city - the electricity grids, subway lines, surveillance cameras and traffic lights - as well as using the OS to gain knowledge on every person he meets.

It's an amazing looking open world title and you should absolutely watch the gameplay of it embedded below right now. You can also check out the gameplay in our videos library, where you can also see Watch Dog's first trailer - explaining some of the ideas behind the centralised OS. Check it out below and let us know what you think - as you can guess, I'm sold already.

Ok, it's time for the Sony E3 Conference! Who is excited? Me! What will we see this year? The Last of Us, Sony All-Stars, other stuff no doubt. Hopefully Sony have some big things lined up for the PS Vita this year too, since it's been lagging recently. Let us go for it!

EDIT: I've added a wrap up at the bottom with some of my thoughts on the presentation.

Yes, this video is not safe for work. There is a lady's naked bosom in this trailer, which is slightly different to what we got to see during Ubisoft's E3 Presentation, but exciting nonetheless due to the fact that we now know the game will have an unprecedented amount of freedom and exploration - albeit with some scripted action sequences too.

We can all officially get excited for Far Cry 3 again, even if we can't play it at our jobs in bra factories, where it would be deemed unconscionably offensive. There is also some foul language, as you'd expect if you'd seen any of the previous Far Cry 3 trailers to date. Man, I wish E3 was over, I just want to play Far Cry 2 now so much.

You can watch the trailer embedded below or in our videos library - going full screen for HD of course. Unless you are at work, in which case hide in the bathroom.

Edit: Absolutely go ahead and check out the gameplay demo in our videos library!

Ok, now it's Ubisoft's turn. What will we see? Assassin's Creed 3 no doubt, probably something about Rayman since they are milking the hell out of that now. Hopefully more Imagine titles. Ok, not really. Let's go!

EDIT: I've added a wrap up at the bottom with some of my thoughts on the presentation.

And here we are, it's now 6:00am here in Queensland and I am buzzed and ready for an EA press conference. What will we learn this time? No doubt more about the Battlefield Premium service - hopefully with some sort of pricing for Australia so I can finish my news article on it. No doubt we will hear more about Medal of Honor and Crysis 3 too - and hopefully something about a non-FPS game also. LET'S DO IT!

EDIT: I've added a wrap up at the bottom with some of my thoughts on the presentation.

Ooh boy! 2:30am, what a wonderful time to be alive! Welcome to GameArena's live-blog of the Microsoft E3 presentation, where we'll tell you what is happening as it is happening. Ain't science grand? What are we expecting this year? Microsoft have already said they won't be revealing the next generation of the Xbox, so that's out. Windows 8 hit Release Preview recently, so we're probably going to see something about that though and we've also heard of something called 'smart glass' which is probably not the fancy name for a sippy cup it sounds like. Let's begin!

EDIT: I've added a wrap up at the bottom with some of my thoughts on the presentation.

In the mad rush to get noticed it seems like everyone has put out trailers before E3 this year, with most of them popping up on Saturday. I was so excited about the Dishonored trailer that I wrote about it before going back into the videos library and seeing it continuously filling up with more and more content. When would it stop? I didn't know. So here we are, on a beautiful sunny Monday - ready to check out the videos of the weekend. I won't list every video - just the ones I think are most worth watching.

Konami kicks things off with two videos - one for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and one for their newly announced Castlevania: Lord of Shadows 2 - which I've embedded below. Along with Lord of Shadows 2, Konami announced that their upcoming 3DS Castlevania would be a part of the Lord of Shadows series - called Mirror of Fate. As a giant fan of Castlevania's 2D titles on the Gameboy Advance and DS I was a little disappointed, but we'll have to wait and see. Regardless, Lord of Shadows 2 looks pretty spectacular - cinematic trailer or not.

So Nintendo have begun their E3 festivities with a presentation designed to outlay some of the new features of the Wii U - and it actually looks pretty good. The first thing of note in the 'live' video is the revamped Wii U Game Pad.

The design (as you can see above) now has contoured shoulders for better grip and better analogue sticks in line with the kind on offer from Sony and Microsoft. The newly added TV control button allows the player to switch the gameplay between the TV and the Wii U remote - and it can also apparently function as a remote control for your TV.

EDIT: You can now watch the Nintendo Direct Presentation in our videos library!
