Please note that to better help you we have a web based tracking system for all support issues on GameArena - this helps us better track your problem, and allows you to come back to the site at any time to review your previous issues. However, because you are not a currently logged in member of GameArena, the support options available to you are limited to issues relating to accounts. In order to receive additional support from GameArena you must be a logged in user.
