press ctrl shift c then in the cheat window type:
help - lists all cheats
agging on/off - stops.starts agging
moveobjects on - move any object anywhere
moveobjects off - stops being ablle to put anything anywhere

Hold Ctrl + Shift + C to activate cheat panel & ESC to close it

Boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true/false
-45 degree objects
Boolprop testingcheatsenabled true/false
-All sorts of cool options by holding shift and clicking
(Do this at neighbourhood screen before entering family lot)
Boolprop snapobjectstogrid true/false
-Allows objects to be put anywhere
Aging on/off
-fountain of youth cheat
Move_objects on/off
-Move things even if your sim is using them
