We have upgraded the qvm again for the last time for Trem 1.1 For you players this means some great new features and abilities.

First of all for the Players:
- Mark is now available
- MyStats is now available
- Only 75% of players need to be ready to move onto the next map
- 2/3rd of the players need to be in-game before the OM or RC can be moved
- Level 1 now has !allready, !register, !time and !listmaps
- Players have 3 sets of custom votes now, one each for Unlagged, Friendly Fire and Share.

The new custom votes which need > 74% are:
/callvote unlagged (available when lagged and turns unlagged on)
/callvote lagged (available when unlagged and turned unlagged off
/callvote ffon (turns Friendly Fire on)
/callvote ffoff (turns Friendly Fire off)
/callvote shareon (turns on Share)
/callvote shareoff (turns off Share

There's some additional nice things for us GameOps but we'll keep that to ourselves if that's okay with you guys
