Ok mechwarrior 4 has been released as a free game i have tried to get it mirrored on GA twice now but no avail. The first time it said not enough info about the file and the second one has been delayed for 3 weeks some reason. so i though ask here if you could see about it being mirrored, it is legitimately free.

Unfortunately, the "game file" you link to is a small installer that will actually download the game.

This is a common problem. We can't mirror the whole thing without both permission from the publisher and them providing us with the full file to mirror. We need permission because when a publisher uses a download manager like this, its saying "you can only get the files from us".

We've mailed the developers twice but not received a response. You could try posting on their forums, letting them know that Australian gamers have download limits and that having it hosted here at GameArena would help you and all the other gamers on Australia's biggest ISP. If they give us permission, and a full installer to mirror, we'll happily mirror it for you/them.
