I downloaded this, and spent a few hours downloading the 400mb patch at 1/2 of my maximum speed (even though this is meant to latest client??) to find out that anyone outside US/Canada is blocked... what was the point of having this to download? I wouldnt have minded so much if there wasnt that 400mb patch which just used up the last of my measly BP cap, seems like u guys didnt even put an updated file on... You hardly put any new files here, compared to games.on for instance, then when u put a file on it just wastes my time... Please explain the logic behind your actions (if there is any logic and its not just incompetence)
