The Medal of Honor: Airborne v1.2 patch has been released on FilePlanet. Here are the various links that you will need:

This is the release of Update 1.2 for Medal of Honor Airborne.

This Update for Medal of Honor Airborne raises the player count, gives players more options for names, makes some balance changes on the weapons and adds two new maps.

The readme denotes that we do not support more than 12 players officially. This is simply due to the fact that some lower-end machines may have trouble handling the high capacity. However, we have tested extensively at 24 players and it’s a lot of fun.

Also, not called out in the readme was that the Springfield’s damage was reduced in multiplayer.

The Update size is large b/c all maps in multiplayer were edited, most often to adjust spawn points. We have also added two new maps.

The dedicated server is a new build of the server and will not patch the existing server. This is also because all the content has been touched. To patch the server would be almost as big as to release a new one. The Linux server is being worked on and will be updated as soon as possible.

Cripes these things are massive!

I'm grabbing both so I can get configs for the new DS package and GAify them. I'll update the job with the new info and Fuzzy should be able to make a server on the host that was used for the COD comp fairly soon.

Been full since it went up, a lot of overseas players, but still none the less.

And the Server has Punkbuster enabled so if you have that unchecked then it wont show.

I've been asking Fuzzy for ages about this. The sad thing was in the beginning there was the lack of dedicated server support. When the dedicated server was finally useful/working, it was released right in the middle of huge name titles such as COD4/TF2/ETQW and there was literally a server resources shortage.

Fuzzy now has a machine penciled in for a MOH Airborne server and it was just a matter of waiting for the completion of the COD4 competition to be freed up. That was supposed to finish this week.

I'm just updating the job I logged for a server with the new patch/config and Fuzzy should be able to get a server up this coming week so we'll be able to rock on to a GA server soon enough.

Once up, if we can only get the MOH community to get on board and build a bridge over the initial release problems then we have a real chance at having some MOH action again.

everytime i download this patch it finishes, i go to install and it always says its CORRUPTED!!! i tried from ausgamers, i tried from GA, darn pieces of **** andywhere else australian i can dl it from?

its probably because you have an anti virus corrupting the file, disable it then download it again (clear cache so it actually downloads)

This happened to me but I figured out why. It was because I didn't have enough temp/pagefile space. Try clear as much space off your C: drive as possible, you need to get about 1.5gb free. If it runs out of pagefile space, extraction from the archive will stop and claim the file is corrupted.

Yeah, Its still there, and not going anywhere.

A few guys were on it earlier and I just pinged the console and wrote a message on the screen.

I has heard there was a few issues today with servers pinging the master server list, still seems to be the only fault with the game except of no objective.

Ah ok then damn can't seem to see it still
