will GA host the content on Steam... or if it is already please drop in a tell me before i buy i and 50% in my useage and wont be able to download it without GA

I was downloading the pre-load through Steam, but now I'm not recieving anything, from GA or otherwise, so I'm hoping that the servers are just busy at the moment...
