Wont be able to cater to everyone, but I was thinking Saturday the 28th of November at the Botanical Gardens in Melbourne City @ say, 12pm. \$5 to cover food and BYO drink.
Who would be able to do this? Mind you I live in the S.E. suburbs and don't drink so am happy to drive if you live in the East/S.E.
EDIT
Venue changed to the Hawthorn, 481 Burwood Road, Hawthorn.
12pm meet time. Will give the chance for some banter before lunch.

A pub could work during the day I suppose. They let the underage (Bob) in. Anyone got a pub preference? I quite like the Hawthorn but then it's also right next to my uni so am used to it.

Yeah that place is alright. I've never had a great time there myself. Plus I know one of the waitresses at the Hawthorn and she's always nice to fool around with. That's if she still works there of course.
The Hawthorn has good food too. The daily specials are great.

I'm fairly sure the Hawthorn sells Carlton Draught though it has been awhile. I usually get Tooheys from the Hawthorn, or at least when I used to drink.
Yeah it's got pool tables and a large outdoor area.

hey theres nothing wrong with being a nerd
karaoke can be a hell of a lot of laughs especially when you play around with the word to well known songs like
"I'm too sexy for my arty" Robag lol
anyway it was just a suggestion we could spend maybe 2-3 hours at one and then move on to more exciting things if you guys get bored
