Once again, I want to put it out there that EVERYBODY hates the following maps on the gungame servers:


GG#2
gg_dm_hangumhigh-m
gg_fy_sewer_v2-m

GG#3
gg_fy_neonarena_ii
gg_dm_hangumhigh-m
gg_finalarena_cq-l_lodle
gg_fy_sewer_v2-m

It is sure to empty a server if these maps come around, or in the least, they often take FOREVER to complete due to the map being completely unsuitable.

Please take into account how little these forums are used, so if anyone replies they agree, that equals another 50 people who haven't posted....

Please remove these and put some other maps in. I can't think of any off the top of my head, but a great start to fixing this problem would be to take the damn maps off the rotation!!

gg_dm_hangumhigh-m +1 this map is way to big for gun game

gg_dm_bloodarena3 also voting for this to be removed, while it is a good map it is a massive lag fest. I'm on bigpond cable and choke sits on 40+ on this map

Absolutely agree with cr0ssfireh00ligan. +1 for me. A few of these maps such as sewer have been mentioned time and time again and its showed that people do not like these maps. I'm amazed that they haven't taken them out of the rotation when everyone has already said, remove these maps.

Apart from how poorly designed these maps are and how unsuitable they are for a decent game of GG which is why they tend to empty the server, yes, it must be because we are bad...

Just wow this has been up since the 22nd of march and no admin responses... but its a +1 from me aswell a while back i posted a link to a site with tons of maps to try to quote from another topic get support and find a like to some maps (because game ops arnt paid) and it will happen so step 1 and 2 have been completed now once again its over to the admins but meh will see

..and here i was thinking that part of a GameOp's job (volunteer or not) was to check the forums frequently which is part of why they are chosen to be GameOps in the first place.

The CS:S forum has be neglected for quite sometime now and it shows due to the lack of responses by GameOps. I know that a few GameOps are GameOps for more then one game, but that's still no reason to not at least check the current threads of what the community is after, since these GameOps are still GameOps for CS:S, as we are the ones that play these servers.

i know a few people that have applied to be GameOps for CS:S, why not appoint a few new GameOps that do still play this game and on these servers and drop those that do not (not just GG, but in general GA servers). This way, the community needs are met rather then us ***** on the forums all the time because nothing gets done.

My opinion anyway and i think alot of people who play GA CS:S servers would agree.

+100 man i applied for GameOp almost a year ago and never even got a response not even a sorry your app has been unsucessful :\ im guessing they r all to busy with bc2 which i didnt really enjoy that much tbh
