Welcome to GameArena Counter-Strike: Source!

Common Steam Errors Answered Many Steam errors and queries are answered in the following thread.
Incident Reporting Guide You can view a guide on how to submit incident reports here.
GameArena Ladder You may view (and join) the GameArena Counter-Strike: Source ladder from the following page
Unban Request If you have been banned from any GameArena server, you must submit an unban request here to find out the reason for your ban, and when it will expire, if ever.
Incident Reporting While every effort is made to ensure you have an incident free gaming experience, sometimes we may not be around for immediate assistance.
In the event you wish to report an offender (or possible offender) breaking the above conditions on the GameArena servers, you can do so by filling out an incident report.
The Incident Report page may be accessed here.
Please note that you must include a demo/screenshots of the alleged offence and a 'status' dump showing the STEAM ID of the offender in question. If you have multiple offenders to report, complete the form several times.
You will receive a confirmation email regardless of the decision when the GameOp team have had a chance to review your report (so you are kept in the loop!).
Additionally, you may attempt to contact a GameOp in the Counter-Strike: Source Arena channel for immediate help.
Do not discuss cheaters (or accuse players) of cheating in the messageboards, use the incident report system.
Code of Conduct All players participating on the servers must abide by the code of conduct and terms and conditions.
We would also like to highlight the following items from the code of conduct page: Abuse / RacismAbusive language/racist remarks directly or indirectly made towards players are not tolerated and can result in a permanent ban from GameArena. Please do not abuse other players in the server. This includes having abusive or racist nicknames.
CheatingAnyone found cheating (such as wallhacking, aimbotting, no recoil etc) will be permanently banned from GameArena. There are no ifs, buts, or "my brother did it". Bans for cheating will not be revoked. Your steam account is your responsibility.
Associating with cheating teams/organizations/websitesAnyone found wearing a tag for the promotion of a cheating team (for example, wearing the [myg0t] tag) will be permanently banned from GameArena. This also applies for advertising cheating websites. Do NOT, under any circumstances (not even as a 'joke') wear such a tag or advertise any cheating website.
Game ExploitsExploiting in-game exploits (such as skywalking) may result in a permanent ban from GameArena. Please do not exploit game or map bugs. If you see someone doing so, please submit an incident report about it!
AFK Players Players who are AFK (Away From Keyboard) for an extended period of time on full servers may be kicked from the game to free up places for others to join and play.
This is to free server slots when inactive players are not even playing the game. You are not being banned and you may rejoin the server as soon as a player slot is free again (or join another server).
If you are going to be away from the game for an extended period of time, please just leave the server to keep the slots open!
If you have any questions or wish to suggest updates to this thread, please get in contact with one of the GameOps listed above.
