Grand Theft Auto IV: Episodes from Liberty City is coming on over to PS3s and PCs. The pack includes both The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony, which were previously exclusive to the Xbox 360.

Something nobody seems to have mentioned is whether this 'pack' is DLC or retail or if it requires GTA4. I'm presuming it's standalone retail... R* can't expect people to still have their GTA4 discs after all this time...
