FAQ

Q Can I use the APC to pod onto a roof that is normaly not accessible by foot or other means?
A Yes this is permitted but you are only allowed to get there by use of APC and not the use of Squad leader beacon.

Q Once on the roof can I then place the squad leader beacon?
A Yes this is permitted but once again only if you are able to get there using the APC pod.

Q Will Battle Recorder be turned on for ladder matches?
A Yes Battle Recorder will be turned on and it is suggested you review the BR file before logging any disputes. BR files are located Here

Q How far am I allowed to rotate the mouse or what is deemed excessive distance from the Squad Leader beacon?
A As a guide generally the fall from the squad leader beacon is up to 20 Meters.

Q When I place the becon next to the wall I always land over the wall?
A Keep on suiciding or move the becon. Beware that placing a becon in close proximity to such barriers may cause you to land in an area that is against rule 2a.

Q How do I manually add the map if the wrong map is loaded?
A You need to enter Rcon and do the following.

• Bring down the rcon console by pressing the ~ key
  Then type the following
  
• rcon login password
  
• rcon exec admin.runlevel [map name] [mode] [size]
  

Q How do i get my unique Punkbuster Guid?
ATo find your 32 digit PunkBuster guid, join an online punkbuster enabled server and in the console (use the ~ key to bring down the console) type in pb_myguid and press enter. This will give you your full 32 digit PunkBuster guid.
