These are files from the Blizzard downloader that form part of the 4.0.0 patch for World of Warcraft for European users and should be compatible with both Mac and PC.

To use, copy file directly into the Updates folder of your WoW installation and run Blizzard Downloader which will check the file and resume as required.

Multiple stages will be required to download the entire patch.
