This version includes the railgun and gauntlet with unlimited ammo. Each
weapon is able to take 125 health which should instantly frag the opposing
player. The railgun reload is modified from 1.5 units to 1.1 units. All
other weapons were removed. Items and powerup were also removed.

- There is no damage done on these events:
damage_softfall_mp
damage_hardfall_mp
damage_fatalfall_mp

- Change players starting health from 125 to 100

- On map loads, all icons except the railgun were removed

- Once again, the railgun reload is modified. This time from 1.3 units
to 1.1 units

- Changed the mod folder name from baseft_instagib_v1 to baseft_instagib
