Terms and Conditions of Entry for the Little Space Heroes - Premium Members Promotion ("Promotion") 1. Information about how to enter and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. 2. Entry is open to Australian residents, other than management, employees or contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes),and their immediate families ("Eligible Entrants"). 5. To register for this Promotion, Eligible Entrants must be a member of Little Space Heroes by completing steps (a) - (c) if not already and enter the competition in accordance with steps (d) to (e). This can be done by completing the following steps: (a) visit the Little Space Heroes website, located at www.littlespaceheroes.com ("Website"); (b) click on the "Play Now" button; (c) click "create a new hero" and follow the prompts to create and activate a free account; (d) with this account, log into the game at http://www.littlespaceheroes.com/showLogin.do; (e) enter the Space Heroes Academy location in-game and click on the Promo Wizard 3000 item on screen and enter "BIGPONDGAMES", ("Eligible Registration"). 6. Eligible Entrants who have completed an Eligible Registration will receive a unique code ("Unique Code"), sent directly to their email, within seven (7) days of completing an Eligible Registration. 7. To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, upgrade to a 'Little Space Heroes' premium membership, by completing the following: (a) visit the Website; (b) click on the "Membership" menu item and click on "Become a Member"; (c) log in with the account details; (d) enter the necessary payment and personal information details to purchase a subscription; (e) enter the Unique Code in the Promo Code field in step 3; and (f) review the purchase and click "Purchase" to complete the transaction, ("Eligible Entry"). The transaction must be successful by completed payment being processed and accepted. On successful completion of the purchase, a receipt will be sent by email to the email address recorded for the account. 8. Standard browsing charges apply, where applicable, in accessing the internet. Standard charges apply for a 'Little Space Heroes' premium membership and are: (a) $6.00 per month; (b) $30.00 for six (6) months; or (c) $54.00 per year, and are recurring subscriptions. All Eligible Entrants, who complete an Eligible Entry, during the Promotion Period, will each receive the following virtual goodies ("Virtual Goodies"): (a) 10,000 coins; (b) exclusive Starjet; (c) exclusive Space Suit; (d) couch; (e) table; (f) lava lamp; and (g) plant. 13. Entrants will receive the items immediately on their next log in to the game. The virtual items will immediately appear in the player avatar's inventory and can be used accordingly. 14. Virtual Goodies are for use in Little Space Heroes gaming site only, are non-transferrable and have no commercial value. Prizes 15. Manual draws for prizes ("Draws") will take place at the times and dates set out in clause 17 at Suite 5, 102 Alfred Street, Milsons Point, NSW 2061 ("Draw Location"), from all entries received during the relevant Entry Period shown in clause 17. All Draws will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter. 16. The Eligible Entrant with the first valid Eligible Entry drawn in each Draw will win from the Promoter a Little Space Heroes pack, valued at $268.00 (inc GST), consisting of: (a) Walls 360 Little Space Heroes pack, valued at $39.00 (inc GST); (b) an iPod Touch, valued at $219.00 (inc GST); and (c) Space Ice Cream pack, valued at $10.00 (inc GST), each a ("Prize"). 17. 18. Prize winners will be notified in by email commencing on the relevant notification date set out in clause 17. Prize winners will need to supply an Australian postal address to which the prize can be sent by registered mail. The winners' details will be published in The Australian newspaper on the relevant publication date set out in clause 17. 19. In the event that a Prize has not been claimed by the relevant claim date set out in clause 17, and the original winner was not from Western Australia, a manual re-draw for the Prize will take place at the re-draw time and date set out in clause 17 at the Draw Location, subject to any written directions given by State and Territory gaming departments. The re-draw Prize winner will be notified by email commencing on the re-draw notification date set out in clause 17. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw if: (a) Consent is not provided as under clause 11 of these terms; or (b) The Prize winner does not provide a postal address. General 22. The total Prize pool value is $804.00 (including GST). 23. In the event a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian on their behalf. 24. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. All other costs associated with a prize are the responsibility of the winner. 25.
