On 27th February 2012 Telstra is moving the BigPond Games terms and conditions into the BigPond OCT, which will result in some minor changes to the BigPond Games terms and conditions. After 27th February 2012 the BigPond Games terms and conditions will be set out in Part G of the BigPond OCT. If you want to cancel your agreement to the BigPond Games terms and conditions because you don't agree to the proposed changes to the terms and conditions you may do so by notifying Telstra.
